1). Kaala Namak (Himalaya Salt)
Agar aapko gas ki problem hai to kaala Namak behtar upchar hai. Kala namak chatne se gas ki samsya dur hoti hai aur bhukh bhi lagti hai. Iske alawa isse pet bhi saaf raheta hai. 

2). Harad ka churn, Saunth, Gur aur Sendha namak
Aap harad ka churn Saunth aur gur ke sath athva Sendha namak ke sath le sakte hai. Isse bhi bhukh lagti hai.

3). Sendha namak, Triflaa, Hing aur Ajwain 
Tisra upaay ye hai ki Sendha namak, Triflaa Hing aur Ajwain barabar matra me lekar churn bana len. Is churn ke barabar gur milakar chhoti chhoti goliyan bana len aur roj ek ya do goli ka sevan karen. Samsya dur hogi. 

4). Seb - Apple
Ye to har kisi ke lie faydemand upay hai. Aap roj ek seb khaen isse bhukh bhi lagti hai aur khun (Blood) bhi saaf rakhta hai. 

5). Harad aur Neem ki Nimboliyan 
Harad ko neem ki kadvi nimboliyon ke sath lene se bhukh bhi lagti hai aur charm rog (Skin problem) se bhi chhutkara milta hai. 

6). Saunth ka churn aur Ghee 
Ye upay bhi kargar hai ki Saunth ke churna aur Ghee ko mila len aur ise chaten. Bad me halka garam pani pine se bhukh lagti hai. 

7). Adarak aur Sendha namak 
Har roj khana khane se kuchh samay pahele adarak (Ginger) ke tukde me jara sa Sendha namak chhidakkar chatne se bhi bhukh lagti hai. Iska swad bhi testy hota hai. 

8). Gehun, Ajwain aur Sendha namak
Gehun ke chokar me Sendha namak aur Ajwain milakar roti banaen aur khaen. Ye roti khane me bhi testy hoti hai aur isse bhukh bhi lagti hai.
